Jay Schulkin represents public schools and other local governments in all areas of school and municipal law. A former paraeducator, Jay assists school districts with every aspect of student discipline issues, including drafting policies and procedures, advising administrators on student discipline determinations, and representing school districts at student discipline hearings, Board appeals, and appeals to the courts.
